Ken J. Gendemann, CPA presents:
Rarely does a beautifully designed home in a vibrant urban setting also provide such serene privacy. Merging contemporary design with European influence, every aspect of this home was meticulously remodeled and expanded in 2021/22. Walk through the entryway, cladded in warm Hemlock, to find the sleek inviting kitchen with high-end appliances, and custom built cabinets & pantry.
The open concept, boasting nearly 10’ ceilings, invites friends & family to the dining & social area greeted by a modern "cool wall" gas fireplace. The family room transitions outdoors via an expansive sliding door to a wraparound redwood deck and landscaped private yard. Also on this level, the primary suite provides luxury designer finishes, an over-sized French door to access a private deck, a spa like ensuite with rain shower, dual sinks, water-closet, accompanied by a large custom walk-in closet.
Transitioning to the upper level, it features 3 generous bedrooms with large closets, a private office, and laundry. Nicely sized, the three additional bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a double vanity and bath with shower. The fourth bedroom comfortably accommodates as an additional entertainment / family room.
At the end of the herringbone driveway is a 285 sqft detached garage, tastefully finished similar to the house, which can be used as an additional office & home gym or studio.
Situated in the coveted top school districts of Burlingame, this home is a short stroll to Burlingame Ave shopping & dinning. Less than 10 minutes to SFO airport, and only 20 minutes to world-class San Francisco, this central location is the absolute best the Peninsula offers.

Located 15 miles from downtown San Francisco, Burlingame is a populous suburb with a thriving commercial base of its own. The city stretches from San Francisco Bay to the east, Interstate 280 to the west, Millbrae to the north, and Hillsborough and San Mateo to the south.
Burlingame calls itself the City of Trees and counts 18,000 trees on public land and right-of-ways -- including several large stands of eucalyptus.
The Broadway and Burlingame Avenue corridors are popular shopping districts, but the city has commercial interests as well. Industrial growth in Burlingame was spurred in the 1960s and ’70s by its proximity to San Francisco International Airport, and the city is home to Virgin America airlines and related service industries.
Landmarks in Burlingame include the distinctive Caltrain station at Burlingame Avenue and California Drive, built in 1894 in the Mission Revival style. Nearby is Washington Park, which covers 19 acres and includes tennis courts, baseball fields, a basketball court, a picnic area, a playground, and plenty of green space. A more obscure landmark is the Burlingame Museum of Pez Memorabilia on California Drive.
